What is mysphurit?
An all-in-one business OS for Indian SMBs. CRM, HRMS, GST Billing, Purchase, Tasks, and Ideas — on one tenant, one login.
Who is mysphurit for?
Indian SMBs with 5–500 employees. Manufacturing, services, real estate, retail, consulting — any business that needs CRM + billing + HR under one roof.
How long does setup take?
Most tenants go live in under 20 minutes. Our onboarding wizard walks you through company info, GSTIN, plan selection, and integrations.
Security
Where is my data stored?
On Indian data centers (AWS Mumbai region). SOC 2 Type II in progress. Bank-grade AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit.
Can I export my data?
Any time. JSON, CSV, or raw SQL dump. Your data is yours — you can leave whenever you want.
Do you offer 2FA?
Yes, TOTP (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy) is free on every plan. SuperAdmin accounts require it by default.
Integrations
Can I connect my Google Drive?
Yes. Store file attachments on your own Drive — we never hold your data. Configured during onboarding.
Does Meta/Facebook lead-ad sync work?
Yes. Connect your Meta pages and ad accounts, and leads auto-flow into CRM within seconds of form submission.
What about IndiaMART, 99acres, MagicBricks?
Supported out of the box. Tenant admin pastes a webhook URL into the portal, done.
Billing
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — pay annually and save 2 months (~17% off).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in, no exit fees. Cancel from Admin → Billing → Manage subscription.
Is GST included in the price?
Prices are ex-GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown in the invoice.
